Refunds
Refund & Dispute Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-10
1. Nature of Transactions
tuutt facilitates voluntary support payments and tips for creators. When a supporter makes a payment, they are sending voluntary support to a creator rather than purchasing a physical product or guaranteed service.
2. Platform Role
tuutt operates the platform checkout and payout routing. Supporter charges are created directly on the selected creator's connected Stripe account, while tuutt only applies the configured platform fee and controls when Stripe may release eligible payouts from that connected account to the creator's bank account.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
Because payments on tuutt are voluntary support payments, all transactions are generally final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for buyer remorse or a change of mind after a payment has been completed.
Recurring monthly support can be cancelled for future billing before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges only. Past successful payments remain final except where this policy, mandatory law, or a severe technical error requires otherwise.
4. Exceptions (Technical Errors)
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a severe technical error, such as duplicate charging for a single intended payment, or clearly proven unauthorized fraudulent use of a payment method.
In such cases, please contact support@tuutt.com without delay.
5. Creator Content and User Disputes
tuutt is not responsible for the truthfulness of creator profile descriptions, the quality of any creator output, or any promise, reward, benefit, or expectation communicated by a user.
Disputes relating to user-submitted content or creator-provided representations are primarily between the relevant users, subject to applicable law.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a supporter files a chargeback or payment dispute, the matter may be reviewed by Stripe, the applicable payment method provider, card network, or financial institution.
tuutt may restrict future transactions, suspend access, and hold or reverse pending creator balances where reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute, platform risk, or third-party processor requirements.
