Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-10
1. Introduction
Welcome to tuutt ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing and using our website (https://tuutt.com) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
tuutt is a platform that allows fans and supporters to send voluntary support payments and tips to creators, musicians, artists, and public project pages.
Each payment supports one selected creator or project page at a time. If a supporter wants to support multiple pages, separate payment actions are required.
3. User Roles
- Creators: Individuals or project owners who register to receive support through a public page.
- Supporters: Individuals who make voluntary support payments or tips to creators.
4. Public Profiles and User-Submitted Information
Creators are not required to publish their legal first and last name on tuutt. Public-facing pages may instead display a chosen username, page title, artist name, project name, brand name, or other profile content voluntarily submitted for public display.
Profile details entered into the dashboard are generally self-declared by the user. tuutt does not independently verify ordinary public profile text fields entered by users, although payout-related verification may be performed separately by Stripe where required for a connected account.
5. Fees and Payments
For supporters: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Supporters are charged the amount they choose to send as support to the selected creator page.
For creators: tuutt charges a flat 3% platform fee on successful transactions. Standard Stripe processing fees may be deducted separately before funds become eligible for payout.
Monthly support: If a supporter starts recurring monthly support, future renewals continue until the supporter cancels. Supporters can stop future renewals through the Stripe-hosted customer portal when available after checkout, or by contacting support@tuutt.com before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges only and does not automatically refund already completed payments.
6. Payout Schedule (Waiting period of 14 days)
To protect the platform against fraud, chargebacks, and payment disputes, all collected funds are held in a pending state for 14 days from the date of the successful transaction.
After this clearance period, and subject to any payout conditions applied by Stripe, funds become eligible for payout from the creator connected Stripe account to the creator's bank account.
7. Platform Role and Third-Party Services
tuutt operates the software platform, creator checkout flow, and connected payout routing for public support pages.
Supporter charges are created directly on the selected creator's connected Stripe account. tuutt provides the software platform, collects the configured application fee, and controls when Stripe may release eligible payouts from that connected account to the creator's bank account according to platform rules, Stripe requirements, and banking constraints.
Payment method acceptance, identity verification for connected payout accounts, reserves, holds, reversals, payout execution, and other regulated financial operations are handled by Stripe and, where applicable, related banks, card networks, and financial institutions.
tuutt is not responsible for independent decisions, delays, outages, holds, reversals, compliance actions, or service restrictions imposed by those third parties.
8. Creator and Supporter Responsibility
Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their public profile content, names, descriptions, messages, media, and any promises, rewards, benefits, or off-platform commitments they present to supporters.
Supporters are responsible for reviewing the creator page before sending support and for ensuring that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Any dispute relating to creator-provided information, promised benefits, off-platform arrangements, or user-submitted content is primarily between the relevant users, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
9. Availability and No Warranty
tuutt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful payment completion, successful payout completion, or continuous access to any feature, page, or third-party integration.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or remove features, pages, user content, or access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform operations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tuutt, its operator, and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tuutt is not responsible for user-submitted profile information, creator conduct, supporter conduct, third-party processor actions, payment failures, payout delays, account verification outcomes, chargebacks, reversals, network interruptions, or losses caused by inaccurate or misleading information submitted by users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for intentional misconduct or other non-excludable matters under applicable law.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses payout flows, or initiates an excessive number of chargebacks or disputes.
